Hi!

I was born in France (hence the silly forum name - ribbit!) and moved to Vancouver, BC four years ago. The number and variety of good restaurants is one of the many things that make Vancouver the perfect city for me... Sorry Mom, I guess I am not moving back anytime soon! ;)

At home I mostly cook French and Belgian food, with a fair bit of Lebanese thrown in as well. I would love to try my hand at some Asian recipes, especially Vietnamese and Thai ones.

Well, here is hoping than my less-than-perfect English will be more entertaining than irritating to my fellow e-Gullet members... see you around on the boards!
