About Me

I'm Ted, the chief cook/pit boss of Q Haven, a Connecticut based competition BBQ team. The team was formed by my wife Sheila and I in 2006, and we have had some success, including winning the New Hampshire state championship in 2006, earning an invitation to the prestigious Jack Daniel's World Invitational BBQ competition in Lynchburg, TN last year.
