About Me
I grew up around food. Mom and Dad tried the whole "homesteading" thing of the late 70's, and in Eastern upstate NY, having a cow, chickens, goats, rabbits; brought me up around alot of great food. Mom gave me an interest in gardening and taught me that everything out there (yes, everything) can probably be canned or preserved in someway. So when it came to career choice for me? Chef. Duh.
