Last time I was in New Orleans I ate twice at Masparo's Cafe and Mike Andersons on Bourbon. Fried Oysters at Masparos and fried shrip at Mike Andersons. They were some ot the best I have ever had. Very reasonable! Entrees were under 13.

How about Bagel crackers spread garlic and oil on thinly sliced bagels and bake until crisp.
