Chef Mz. Jeannie

I have been cooking since the age of 7. I grew up in a large and very whacky family. My Mother and Step Father (both passed on for several years) were fabulous and passionate cooks. I learned all my basics from them and decided a few years ago to take my passion for cooking and started my own small business as a personal chef. So far, I am learning and growing my cooking skills as I cook for others as well as teaching individuals, and classes of folks. I have an enormous cook book library that grows, it seems DAILY! I especially am interested in old cookbooks. I hope to meet and share with other people who are into FOOD and COOKING, through my affiliation with eGullet!
