About Me
I began my career about 20 years ago as a dishwasher/prep. I worked for about 10 years cooking in various kitchens from New York to Florida. For personal reasons I took a break in the mid 90's and am now back working for a place called Onanos. I also am working towards my A.S. in culinary management. I am currently a souschef with Tuscan cafe in Rosemary Beach Fl..
