About Me
Born in Hong Kong, grew up in Malaysia. Have always loved food and cooking although did not realize its full potential until university when cooking became a necessity when Chinese food was hard to come by. Moved to Australia in 1987 where catering became a hit amongst friends who couldn't cook. Returned to Hong Kong in 1991 and started food writing and become a well-respected food writer and critic there. Moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2000, wrote a cook book Asian Greens published 2001. Currently a full time mother and sometime home caterer.
