I am Nepalese by birth, grew up in India and have recently moved to the USA. Being married to a foodie, this evening had me in search of a particuler recipe for fried fish. That is how I stumbled upon this forum :-), and I am glad it happened.

I have always enjoyed experimental cooking (is there such a term?) and my reason for being here is to exchange ideas and culinary experiences. It's wonderful to see members from all over the world here. I look forward to being an active member of this association. Cheers!
