I am a publisher/graphic designer, in my second marriage with two grown kids (my wife has one as well) who loves to cook, especially for a crowd. Have recently redone my kitchen and I am finally in a place in life where I can afford all the right tools (Wolf dual fuel stove, best knives, etc.). I love to cook Italian, (my grandparents were from Sicily), Mexican (I am originally from Southern California) or just about anything.
