Grew up on the coast of Long Island. Schooled at Johnson & Wales from 99 - 03. Worked in a lot of kitchens in the North East. Recently lived in New Orleans, fun city. I now reside in Arlington Va, and work in DC in the georgetown area. I shall be helping to open a new restaurant in the Capital Hill area. It seems to be promising to be a busy and fun establishment its going to be called Sonoma Bistro.
