About Me
I am Director of a national livestock and small farm rehabilitation project here in Burundi and have worked and lived over 30 years in Africa and the Middle East. Throughout my work and travels, I have always collected information and insights on local cuisine and food customs and am particularly fond of Middle East - especially Egyptian food.
