About Me
I started working as a food journalist and restaurant critic in 1999 and I have been publishing ever since on a regular base. I wrote feature stories on jewish bread in the Parisian Marais and on Parisian wine mecca Lavinia on bld. de La Madeleine. Planning a trip to St. Rémy-de-Provence (La Gousse d'Ail) and Gerona (El Celler de Can Roca) and Sant Celoni (El Raco de Can Fabes). Wrote articles for e.g. Horeca Journal, bouillon! and En Garde. Author of Foodsteps in the quarterly foodmagazine Wining&Dining.
