Currently combining employment as General Manager of the Students' Union at the London School of Economics (which includes responsibility for the Union's bars and catering outlets) with running my own pub and nightclub in Lampeter (a small town in a very rural part of West Wales) and planning another business , selling beers and ciders from small Welsh breweries/producers at various London food/farmers markets.
