I have had a love of food since high school when I had to cook for my family while my monther worked the swing shift at the local Amour Meat Packing Plant.

This has carried over into a love of dining out and experimenting with new cuisines.

I now have four major interests in my life, besides my work in the magazine publishing business, cooking, dining out, reading books, and golf. I am extremely passionate about all four.

My interest in food and dining runs the gamut from the simplest comfort foods to more exotic cooking of today's youg experimental chefs.
