About Me

Executive Chef Jerry Comi is a native New Jersian, who was born and raised in Woodbridge Township. Jerry began working in kitchens at the age of 16 as a dishwasher and prep person. Always excelling and looking to advance his career, Jerry attended Hudson County Community College of the Culinary Arts. Having worked his way through various hotel and restaurant positions, he later became co- owner of his own fine dining restaurant. Furthering his career in dining, Jerry worked for country clubs and then chose to change gears and work in the corporate dining world.

As an employee of Aramark and Sodexho, Jerry has worked in corporate dining, Hospital Healthcare, and administration. In his spare time he enjoys time with his wife and three sons, coaching baseball, and being a volunteer firefighter.
