OMG everything looks amazing! It'll be a must see/eat the next time i'm in Vegas! And a chocolate waterfall! I thought they only exist in dreams! -
For some local eats pick up a bento from Oki's Diner in Lihue, it's next to the McDonalds. It's a sit down local style restaurant so you'll have to call (one day)ahead for the bento.

you could sprinkle it on poke, it gives it a nice crunch!
