From 1976 to 2001 spent time on "the other side of the table" plus a few days help at Patois, Brooklyn working with Alan Harding.
Summer 2002, Grill Chef, Gowanus Yacht Club and Beer Garden.
2003 to Present, Chef/Owner, Schnack, Red Hook Brooklyn
2005, Head Chef, Harry at Water Taxi Beach; (once again burgers, dogs and fish tacos!)
2005 Chef at BroomeDoggs our experimental doggeria in the LES (lower east side!).
