About Me
I was born in Oxford, England to Peruvian parents. I did not get the benefit of british citizenship, because Margaret Thatcher didnt allow it. We then moved to Peru, which is quickly gaining its deserved recognition as one of the capitals of cuisine. At the age of 3 and a half i was moved by my parents to the Washington, DC area, where I have lived ever since. My love of food has developed from my experiences in Peru and in my own house, and the relish with which peruvians love to eat and live. I am known to spend my free time making pastries on saturday nights. My friends mock me, but really they love it.
