  2. I am an English Gastronome and will be in DC mid-September. I am looking for the three categories of seafood extravaganza: budget, moderate and ouch. What is partcularly appealing to me is the seasonality and locality of produce, so I am hoping to find locally caught fish/shellfish and other ingredients... Ben Schneider - London, UK.
