I, too, have been swept into the low carb craze. However, I still have occasional cravings for sweet stuff. I've found a very good chocolate bar (sort of). It's Ross Dark Chocolate. The good news: It tastes EXCELLENT. The bad news: It gives me severe gas and diarrhea. I believe that the problem is in the ingredient Maltitol. Anyone else had similar results (no need to go into the details, though). Bob
