Rats - I joined this forum to early - or too late! I'm a long-time homebrewer who's dabbled in mead, and started a 3 gal batch blueberry mead back in June. It's due for a second racking in a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, at the moment, I've only got 2 3 gal carboys, so I can only do one batch of mead at a time. Of course, I've also got 4 batches of beer going at the moment (barleywine, bock, ESB, and Oktoberfest), so I guess I'll have enough to drink for a while... Cheers!
