I am currently the Food Service Director at a small rural community college northeast of Grand Rapids. I have operated my own Personal Chef business, Your Occasional Chef, that's where the YOChef in my screen name comes from. I was the Sous Chef at an event arena where I prepared meals for rock groups from Aerosmith to ZZ Top.
