About Me
I'm a full-time computer programmer who became interested in food around 1994, and that interest quickly blossomed into a passion and then an obsession. My obsession with wine started in early 2002, though I had been drinking it for a couple years prior to that. I love to cook, primarily dishes influenced by "Continental" and California cuisines.
Programming pays the rent, but I'm also a part-time freelance writer, focusing on food and wine though not exclusively. I currently have articles in The Snail and The Wine News, and I have forthcoming articles in The Art of Eating and more in The Wine News.
I live with my wife and two cats in Oakland, CA.
