I've been a recreational eater since 1999, and I've posted a few trip reports and restaurant reports here and at Chowhound. Most of my eating experience has been in Houston, but I've also enjoyed sampling restaurants elsewhere, mostly in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Ft. Worth, New Orleans, and Atlanta.
