I'm in New Zealand, and over here there is a company called phoenix which makes fantastic cola, lemonade and ginger beer which is sweetened with honey (And comes in both "standard" and organic variations; but I can't tell the difference). It's extremely nice; but I suspect it is also extremely difficult to get outside NZ.

I feel obligated to pimp the local (local if you are in New Zealand, that is) premium vodka - 42 below is particularly wheat-based vodka. They've also brought out passionfruit and feijoa flavoured variants which I haven't gotten around to tasting yet; but definately sound yummy.

...switch the quantities of golden syrup and sugar in hokey pokey...

Rex Morgan has a restaurant (Citron) where Petit Lyon used to be; but I'm not too sure what became of Petit Lyon...
