Born in Bolivia, and currently living in Chile. I've also lived in Ecuador, Ohio (where I studied Marketing in Kent State University) and New York State, until my nov 04 graduation from the Culinary Institute of America. I'm the chef and owner of Fábula, my restaurant in Santiago de Chile
