Food in bowls. I hate my food all in a pile.

If I may add- La Serre in Yachats is always good. They serve wild salmon that they get directly from the docks. Wine list is sucky though. -Elaine

Just got back from the Oregon Coast. I will add that the dining is pretty dismal there. We stayed at the Driftwood Shores and had dinner there one night. Don't bother. Food was mediocre and service was worse. On the second night we ate at the Firehouse Restaurant in Old Town. Food was acceptable, and so was the service. The place is decorated with shirts from different fire houses around the country. My husband really liked their ribs. I guess my meal was just Ok cause I can't remember what I had. -Elaine

Years ago I worked at a gourmet take out in Burlington, Vt called Gourmet Food Exchange. People would always make jokes about the name.
