Sea Catch is definitely still around. Also, if you're planning on doing bar hopping around the Convention Center plan on cabbing to Firefly as it's on the other side of Dupont and would be a hike.

For a Guiness and Steak, I would suggest the Irish Channel Pub on H Street. I haven't been there but my friends all recommend it.

It is indeed the name of the place. Doesn't make it easy to find information on it online.
