Hi all! I'm purchasing a 20 QT tabletop mixer for a new restaurant. Any thoughts on the brands Globe, Varimixer, Univex, & Dito? Have mostly used Hobart equipment but in this case, to go Hobart is double the price. Any thoughts & experiences much appreciated!
