A professional chef since 1977 and owner of PASSAGE TO INDIA restaurant in Bethesda MD and the newly opened SpiceXing in Rockville MD. Have trained with George Hamilton (Chef Buckingham Palace) and worked with the Taj group and Welcomgroup in India. Commissioned the Bukhara rest in New York and Chicago. Catered to President Clinton while at the Bombay Club. Opened Heritage India as my first restaurant to great reviews in 1999. Now serving regional foods of India in my restaurant Passage to India in Bethesda MD.
