About Me
Took Chef training at the Royal York in Toronto, then the Top Of The Ponch in Detroit. In LA worked as Sous Chef for Alice's Restaurant and later Pastry Chef at Strattons at the Westwood Playhouse. Later, General Manager for the Sidewalk Cafe in Venice, Chin Chin, Cheese and Olive and others. Now, manager at a Venice Beachfront restaurant.
Basically, we travel to dine at interesting places and find strange foods. In my own way, I wander aimlessly eating everything in my path.
