Just under 30 (for a few more days) male foodie. Cooks (various cusines but leans towards medterrain) when he has free time. Dosen't make dessert nor bake often but has a few staples that he turns to when he must. Has taken a good amount of recrational cooking classes at the local cooking school (www.lacademie.com) beginning to find them a little too recreational and contemplating attending their professional school for some more challenges.
