Hello everyone! Welcome to my profile here on eGullet. My name is Ronald N. Tan and I was born and raised in Yangon, Myanmar (formerly Rangoon, Burma) until 8 years old. California is home since January 1990.
As a home cook (personal chef), I am laser-focused on my culinary interests in regional India, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and provincial Iranian (Persian) cuisines. When I am not cooking, I am a professional photographer specializing in men's fashion and portrait photography.
