Am looking for a tabbouleh recipe. I am cooking BBQ for 35 folks the middle of September, and I think tabbouleh would be a good side. Any help would be appreciated.

I have been smoking meat for way too long.......don't own either one of these, but from what I have read and tasted for both, for a nice and fairly inexpensive piece of equipment, the Big Green Egg, or the Weber Smoky Mountain are ideal for smaller cooks. Take a look at either of these.....and I am sure you won't be disappointed.................best of luck to you.........
