I briefly read an article concerning restaurant are closing at a high rate than normal there were over 200  high end restaurants this year alone in the San Francisco Bay area...are you seeing this this type of trend forming on the east coast?  what do you see for the future?

Bad restaurants close, good restaurants close, bad restaurants thrive, good restaurants thrive. I'm not sure what the survivor rate is here in D.C., but it seems that a lot of restaurants with a lot of promise are opening in downtown D.C., which is very exciting.
