The Distilled Spirits Council bases its nonscientific list on the opinions of an ad hoc committee of master mixologists and industry publications.

I *love* the suggestion of the white cosmopolitan (shameless plug for the Evolving Cocktails eGCI wherein I addressed this option). :raz:
