yes, i believe he has a shop/ studio, there in Barcelona.

I have not tasted this particular chocolate but in general the Spanish (particularly the Catalonians) are among the most adventurous when it comes to presentation and new flavors - think Enric Rovira, Blanxart. I had some pretty amazing cava vinegar ganache truffles from Blanxart in January at the Fancy Food Show. The importer is in Seattle, Powers Seles Imports. I will see them in June in NYC.
