Piping Tip Sizes

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone!

This is my first post here so I hope this isn't the wrong forum for an equipment question! I've moved from Europe to the US a few years ago and I'm trying to replicate a childhood christmas cookie recipe, only to learn that piping tip sizes are vastly different here. And they're hard to find.

I'm looking for what would be a #7 in Europe, could anybody confirm what the closes US equivalent would be? It's a star shaped tip that produces a final shape like in the picture below (sadly not mine):

Thanks for any tips in advance!
