Just wanted to introduce myself...my name is Stacy. I'm currently living in Sacramento. I am have been working in the restaurant industry for ever. I waited tables to pay for college then went to culinary school & worked in kitchens in Indianapolis, Seattle, Tempe, & Sacramento. I am currently an apprentice for a french baker & trying to learn as much as I can so I can open my own bakery.

Welcome, Stacy!  Good for you for pursuing your dreams.  Is your current workplace close enough to the Capitol to get a lot of business?  What's the baking scene in Sacramento?
