Papa Doble

  • 1 oz Melon flavored Vodka
  • Splash of Papaya Purée
  • A good squeeze of fresh Lemon Juice
  • A good squeeze of fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • Chardonnay

Combine in an ice filled shaker; shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with a splash of Chardonnay
