Lymoncello

Another delicious cocktail devised by Queneau.

  • 1-3/4 oz Vodka
  • 1-1/4 oz Lychee Purée
  • Dash of Ginger and Lemongrass steeped Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz of fresh Lime Juice

Combine in an ice filled shaker; shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lime zest
