Daiquiri

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup

Pour over ice and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Variation: Add a splash of grenadine (and use Bacardi rum) for the Bacardi cocktail.
