Slippery Slope

Serves 1.

The key to this cocktail is authentic Jamaican ginger beer. It is more like ginger juice, not carbonated at all.

  • 3 fl oz bourbon
  • 1 fl oz Jamaican-style ginger beer (non-carbonated)
  • bitter lemon soda

Shake the bourbon and ginger beer. Pour over ice and top off with the bitter lemon.
