The color was a pleasant med ruby vibrant red

The nose straight-up the funky black pepper pops up and hit your nose followed by, red fruits

The mouth-feel you start to feel the tannins roll around the palate this wine can be put down for min 5 years

The tertiary notes when exhaling is a mild vanilla bouncing back to raspberry notes

Solid vintage for the Finger Lakes very warm and dry in 2007 ...the wine needs time 2 years out...right now 88 points
