what to do with it? So, I came home from my latest trip to Mexico with a bottle of Licor de Canela. I like the flavor a lot, it's a nice, soft, mellow cinnamon that goes really well in coffee and chocolate drinks. I haven't tried yet, but I think it will mix pretty well with bourbon. The color isn't quite neon red, but it's bright.

I'm looking for suggestions of other things to do with the licor, liquid or not. I'm open to food/cooking suggestions as well.
