I've just received notice that Drew Vogel, our own vogelap, just finished both the practical and paper examination to earn his Certified Culinarian certification -- the first professional certification offered through the American Culinary Federation. (A little bird told me that, with 70% being the passing score on the paper exam, Drew scored a whopping 94%!)

Feel free to send Drew effusive congratulations for this mighty accomplishment!
