Hello everyone. I discovered this site about a month ago and have been lurking a bit since then. For my first post, I'd like to ask for some menu advice, as it seems that there are plenty of very knowledgeable people here. I am pretty new to wine. Anyway, a client recently gave me a bottle of 2001 Pavillon Blanc, Margaux. What would be a good snack/dish/meal to match with it? Any ideas are appreciated, but the more specific, the better!
