may be I shouldn' t post  there but:  I don t think going to a restaurant once or twice a year and most of the time beeing known by the chef or the restaurateur  is a good way to rate. To tell people what sort of food,service,or ambiance they can find ,I agree. And I think montreal food critics are doing it very well Do you rate your doctor or airdresser ...no we only  need to be known by the tipe of work we are doing.  we are not students any more.
