Great reading. I believe that Africa has very rich cooking cultures that have been exposed to different parts of the world. From cassava to nsima, fufu, jollof rice, ogbono and egwusi soup, the african continent carries rich and nutritious food. I would love to find out, from African food lovers, which meals you have had and fallen in love with the most. And if you are living out of Africa are there any particular meals you miss the most?
