Yes, that is exactly the one I am speaking of. What I find strange is that it's not anywhere on the internet. I"ve got to google australia, google england etc, it's like it's some secret CIA project or something that has been erased from all databases. thanks for reply

Fellow food enthusiasts and chefs. I have been looking for a product called the knifejack for quite some time online and strangely are unable to locate any information, let alone a picture of it anywhere. I discovered the item several years ago and actually held it in my hands, but it has been eluding me for awhile now. Do any of you out there know where to find one, or do you have any other information pertaining to buying a unique leather chef knife roll that doesn't look like the ones that every culinary student uses. thanks guysEmail me if you have any solid leads
